Enterprise Rent-A-Car

No matter what city I am in, I always received excellent service from Enterprise. I have rented vehicles for over the last 10+ years and I have never come away unsatisfied. The Customer Service has been excellent as well. My most recent use was for one week June 29 through July 4th, 2015, I was unhappy with the Car Rental Agency, I had chosen, so I cancelled the reservation. I ask Enterprise if they could accommodate me and they did. Vehicle clean, no maintenance issues. more

My flight est. arrival time was 11:39pm the counter closes at 12:00am but Enterprise has an alliance with Alamo and if you already have a reservation you can pick up your car from them. I think this is awesome even though I arrived in time to pick up my car at the Enterprise counter it's still good info it just needs to be relayed to the customers. I loved the attention and awesome customer service I received from their agents at Louisville Airport (SDF). However at Cincinnati at Eastgate Square Drive was an entirely different story. I called them twice asking for the SDF number and the female agent was very rude and short with me. In the previous year I had rented a car every week for 3mos. on top of 2cars for a week the previous May. I attempted to rent a car for my son and his family to travel in. The car I had could not carry us all to my family reunion out-of-state for a week. I was informed that I could not considering I already had one rented in my name. Seriously! I couldn't believe I was being treated so very badly by the agents at Cincinnati. I was very disappointed with them. It has really gone down hill since all the new agents took over. I will not use that field office ever again. more

Computer down upon arrival. Waited at desk at least 10 minutes before ever notified. No note or anything! Clerk didn't seem concerned. Will not rent from Enterprise in Louisville again. more
