I go here because of the close proximity to my work. But more importantly because of my service writer Diana Jimenez. She makes me feel like I am part of her family. She manages to balance dealing with customers in her wonderful manner, yet dealing with mechanics in a firm but not adversarial manner. If must be a difficult balance, but she always seems to do it with a smile on her face! I trust her and she knows what to have me fix on my car now, but prepares me for what's coming up, so there are few surprise. She is why I go there!
