they did not hand over the keys on my hands, the vehicle was outside, with keys inside and window open... agent did not even pay attention to me... thank heaven no one walked out...

have always had a good experience getting my Hyundai Genesis checked up at Braman dating back to our 1st car in 2010 and 2nd Genesis in 2013. Service consultant Diana Jimenez does a very good job of coordinating service. She is helpful, professional and friendly. more
