they did not hand over the keys on my hands, the vehicle was outside, with keys inside and window open... agent did not even pay attention to me... thank heaven no one walked out...

Newer facility, average waiting area & amenities 5/6/2015

Staff is nice and helpful, when you get their attention. A simple oil change was supposed to take an hour - it took two. Two simple warranty issues could not be addressed, as they DO NOT work on ANY warranty issues on the weekend. more

Lack of customer service skills 4/25/2015

Communication with the Service Manager was very abrupt and cold. Long time spans are without return phone calls because of 2 - 2 1/2 hour lunches more

They Take Good Care 4/24/2015

I go here because of the close proximity to my work. But more importantly because of my service writer Diana Jimenez. She makes me feel like I am part of her family. She manages to balance dealing with customers in her wonderful manner, yet dealing with mechanics in a firm but not adversarial manner. If must be a difficult balance, but she always seems to do it with a smile on her face! I trust her and she knows what to have me fix on my car now, but prepares me for what's coming up, so there are few surprise. She is why I go there! Please keep her happy and continue to keep her there. Thank You for having HER! more
