they did not hand over the keys on my hands, the vehicle was outside, with keys inside and window open... agent did not even pay attention to me... thank heaven no one walked out...

Very disappointed this visit 4/23/2015

My main reason for bring my car for service was that it was pulling hard & toward the shoulder of the road. The car was taken for a test drive & the ser. rep said he didn't notice a prob. but recommended rotating/balancing tires. Once my car was returned it was pulling exactly as it was before service. Why wasn't the car tested again to ensure that the prob was corrected? I waited FIVE 1/2 hours. Looks as though I'll be wasting another day to rectify the original issue! more

Always a nice experience! 4/20/2015

We have two new cars from Braman Hyundai and I look forward to taking them in for service. Jason my advisor is very efficient and makes sure that I'm in and out whether I have an appointment or not. Keep up the great work! more

I have been going to this Braman for several years. I moved recently out of the area and still go back to do my service at Braman! They are always helpful, very knowledgeable and the service reps are excellent especially Diana. more

Outstanding Service 4/16/2015

I was worried about attention to detail when I saw how big the service department was, but I am glad to report I was very pleasantly surprised. My Hyundai Service Rep was happy to help despite me having no appointment and she managed to get me a quick turn around time on my car. I will definitely keep going back for more! more

Long service time 4/6/2015

I just went to change oil, adjust a belt and 7.500 miles inspection, I could do thatt in 1 hour, they spent 3... plus my driving time 1.5 hours?? worthless more

I am driving my second Hyundai and only have good things to say about the car and service. Some years ago they overestimated the mpg by a bit but they sent a rebate for that and they are more honest about that now. more
