After arriving at the Rental Car pick up location in Denver, there were two SUV's ready for me to choose from, which was great. Unfortunately, the one that we chose, smelled horrible inside. We notified the attendant and just assumed he would give us the other one. He was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to a larger SUV! It is always easier to point out the things that didn't go well, so I wanted to make sure to submit a review, where the initial experience wasn't positive, the customer service more than made up for it!\r
I wish I remembered the gentleman's name to list it here. His service kicked off my wife's and my 10 year wedding anniversary vacation on the right note!
