I was promised by Elmer himself that my IN WRITING GUARANTEED safety checks would be preformed twice a year for the rest of the guaranteed period. Again, this is a contract IN WRITING!!!!!! They have not honored it. In fact they tried to change the terms of it and make it sound like they are doing me a favor. The people in the office give me the run around when I ask to speak to him. He's always "just left". So I went and hunted him down at the home and garden show again. He apologized and promised that he would honor all written guarantees, Of course they didn't. I went looking for him again, he had "just left" but the employees whom I filled in on the problems said they would personally hand deliver my information to Elmer. Yup, nothing. Losers. This is San Antonio, there are many other plumbing and HVAC companies to chose from.
