They lost my car when I returned it. I've rented countless times from National, and am an Emerald Club Executive. You can drop your car off and leave, and they return it for you. I did that, except they never returned it, and I had to call repeatedly to get them to go find the car, confirm that I hadn't stolen it, and not charge me for them not returning it. Also, the tires were fairly bald, which is kind of a problem when driving around Colorado in the snow. Next time I might spring for a 4WD SUV.
