The worst experience ever... Upon picking up my vehicle, the guy at counter offered a upgrade... When going through the pricing, he wasn't quite clear. I understood something totally different. So once I dropped off my vehicle 4 days later I almost fell back. I was 100 dollars a day in addition to the normal charges... I understood a flat fee of 100.00 dollars. When I expressed my concerns to the manager she showed no interest at all. No interest in trying to resolve this complete misunderstanding..... It wasn't like I was asking her to void my charges or something. At best an apology would have done... Rude and direct is all I received.. All of this, for a basic Nissan Altima... I understand if I upgraded to a high end vehicle or something... Never again.. I would like to leave the stars blank, but unfortunately I have to pick 1 star
