We've had an excellent experience. The roof was replaced along with a new gutter system on our house, our large out building had gutters and vent system replaced. We believe our experience is directly related to Jeff Jensen. He worked with us and with State Farm to address a few issues that came up. I was very pleased I didn't have to deal with State Farm, Jeff handled everything. He provided all documentation requested by the claims dept which made everything go smoothly. He was very professional and responded promptly to us and to State Farm. When all work was complete Jeff inspected with us to make sure we were satisfied. Everything looks great!
