I received a letter that there was a recalled item on my truck. I called the dealership and was told they would be able to do the repair that day...so I brought my truck in.
It was 11:45am when I arrived and was told I would receive a call when the repair was done. At almost 4pm I had still not received a call so I went back to the dealership to see what was going on with my truck. It turned out they didn't have the part for my repair and now I will have to return another day. I was told the part was on order and that it should arrive this week. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal. I just wish I would've been informed that the part was out of stock as soon as they had found that out. I had to base my afternoon's schedule (without my vehicle) around a repair that wasnt being done. I hope this doesn't happen again when I return.
Overall though, I usually have great experiences with this dealership and would still recommend buying a vehicle from them.
