The people were fantastic. One complaint is that they broke the door closer on our front glass storm door. But the service was nice, polite, quick and efficient. Very happy with the results. I just really feel like the price is too high. Maybe it's my naitivity, but you see Groupons for air duct cleaning at a fraction of the price. yes, COIT is a name brand, but is it that much better? I don't know, that's where my inexperience came into play. All I can say is that the results were fantastic.
