My whole family has been a client of Gerianne's for more than 15 years. Unfortunately, we have all since relocated to another state and had to lose her as our agent. I wish every day that we could keep her as our agent. She has always been there for us when needed. She goes out of her way to help in any way she can. We suffered two disastrous floods to our home in a two year period and she did all and more for us. She would call constantly to see if we were OK and if there was anything she could do for us. She has never pressured us into anything as far as insurance goes. She is always looking for a way to improve coverage and cost. Even living in another state, I would call her with questions, even though she is no longer our agent, and she would always help out. She is the best insurance agent we have ever had. Wish we could have kept her.
