Very thorough job carefully done by Jon. He communicated with me when he was coming and explained how the chair worked to my satisfaction. He cleaned everything up and was very professional. I also appreciate Ken and his appraisal of the situation in our home and for Mike calling me to let me know it was on its way. My husband will have his fourth knee surgery tomorrow and the lift will mean he can sleep in his own bed when he gets home.
