Really felt like the installation crew was focused on doing the RIGHT thing for me and not trying to SELL me something or charge me more. The price was exactly what we discussed.
The only complaintt is the little finish up items that did not get completed. Since I was going from 2 water heaters to 1, 4-5 pipes really need to be capped off just to keep them clean and nothing getting inside the system. They did not have the caps on their truck and this was left for me to complete. All in all, a great job!
