I called on a Sunday with a broken air conditioner. A tech showed up within an hour of my call, identified the problem quickly, and quoted me the entire cost (not just the service call). I'm beyond impressed! Thank you!! more

Great service... 9/11/2014

It took a while to get the new HVAC set up up to work with the wireless thermostat I already had (works on the same app as my security system so I wanted to keep it). Said was very knowledgeable and patient while we figured out how to get it all set up to work with the new 2 stage unit. more

Ac repair 9/5/2014

I called at 9am for an appointment after 1pm for ac repair. He actually arrived Early. He had parts on truck and was finished in 45 minutes. All repairs thoroughly explained and very satisfied. Will use again more

We have used this Company several times! Always had the same tech. The only complaint would be that when we discovered the A/C was not cooling and called, they asked if it was an emergency, and we said yes. It was after 10am the next day before they came. The temp was 88 when we called, Mr. McAtee is almost 84 and it was extremely hard for him all night! more

Miscommunication 8/25/2014

The technicians are excellent, friendly employees and are knowledgeable. Office personnel are nice also. There appears to be some miscommunication within the office and service personnel. After numerous calls, Tech didn't bring the part, wasn't told about it, he then had to drive 2-1/2 hrs round trip to go get the part. I called on sat, was charged an emergency fee although I had the same problem fixed 3 weeks ago. Frozen condenser. The unit is only 3 yrs. old. My previous lasted 28 yrs. Blower motor took 3 days to get (Tuesday), truck didn't make it on Monday. 100 degrees, it was ruff, we ended up buying a window unit. No hard feelings', I will use them again. more
