The owner, Fatima, is very rude & unprofessional!. She knows nothing about customer service. She's quick to blame everyone (including customers) for things that go wrong in the store; she never accepts responsibility as an owner. Once you've made your purchase, the courtesy stops. And alterations are terrible. Nothing done right. And "FREE" alterations for the bridesmaid? BIG LIE! She charges you for alterations that are never done. Save yourself the stress & aggravation & go to another store!
