I have a new (about 3 years old) Bryant Evolution HVAC system that's dual fuel for heat and a dual speed heat pump for AC. I had a problem where the user viewable panel was showing a myriad of errors related to essentially the external fan not turning on, and ultimately a high pressure line fault and system lockout being engaged.
I called ABA about 8 AM and they got someone to my house and had the problem fixed before 11 AM. The technician was very clear about how he was diagnosing the issue (as it was a new system, I wanted to see what he was doing and followed him all over the place). He explained his checks, how he made the determination of the replacement part, etc. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it on the spot. He did take the old part with him as it was a warranty replacement so they could get reimbursed for the defective part from Bryant.
Very courteous service rep. and the phone reps (initial and follow-up caller) were also both very responsive, informative and respectful. Great interaction all around and I'm very satisfied with the work done.
