took too long for technician to come to check A/C unit; I had to wait almost all day for him to come to check on the unit which took only 20 mins. to finish. Also, I called several times to ask about warranty on the unit; there was no definite answers for my question; but I was told that some one would contact me and let me know but until now, no one has called to tell me until I kept calling and found out the answer. Horrible customer service>
