The first appointment was on time and the problem detected immediately. After that it was downhill all the way. They made four different appointments to complete the repair and didn't keep even one of them. They had multiple excuses. After the first call to cancel, they didn't even call to let me know they were not coming. I had to call them to see what was going on and reschedule an appointment. Finally I just cancelled the work order and bought a new washer. They did not hesitate to collect their Colts on the first visit, though. This the worst experience I have ever had with any service.
