This is not a negative rating on the Doctors but the front office staff is very unprofessional. The blonde lady at the front desk could not find my appointment so asked me to have a seat... Several minutes later she advised the dr could not see us because it was 840a. My appointment was confirmed by scheduling for 830 the previous day. I arrived at 833... She called us back up to her desk at 840 to advise we couldn't be seen. I asked if they communicate with scheduling. She said, 'No, I'm up here' then pointed in the direction of scheduling and said 'they're back there'. While I continued to question the cmcn between departments, she huffed and rolled her eyes... Really? I asked of she was frustrated and she stormed off to the back and came back with another colleague wearing blue scrubs and shoulder length reddish hair who tried to correct their mistake by allowing me yo see someone at 945. I appreciate the effort but no, thanks.
