The staff was polite, but impersonal. My daughter constantly complained about the class being disrupted by screaming or misbehaving kids. We finally pulled her out because she just didn't like it (apparently it was "boring"). We were paying month by month, but received a bill almost 5 months later for $245 along with a threat to turn us over to collections. So obviously, they never noticed that my daughter had quit, but they missed our money. I am currently trying to contact them about this, but they are (predictably) not making themselves availably. Overall, just a very poorly run business.
