While dealing with my Cressy representative, there was an oversight on the detail for the trim around one of our two sided fireplaces. Once I discovered the mistake, I made sent one e-mail and the Cressy representative admitted that it was overlooked and ordered the trim kit immediately. There was no back and forth on the issue it was a clear and concise "we'll get it out there as soon as it comes in and install it.
In my line of work it is refreshing to find there are still companies out there who put the customer first even when it could hurt there bottom line. honest and integrity is not so easy to come by these days.
