Besides the delay, which I don't know if it was on your part, or the insurance's part, the service was good. Josh mentioned a couple of times that he had a difficult time talking to insurance. I was also really amazed at the speed of communication and response from my lawyer. Responses were always within 24 hours, but often they were even within a couple of hours.
