The worst customer service I have ever received. I bought my bike less than a week ago and I've had none stop problems. The very next day the bike wouldn't even start. When I called the Service Center he told me to charge the battery. I did and the bike still wouldn't start. I took the battery into them and let them charge it for 24 hours, took the battery home and again the bike wouldn't. Every time I call the guy just talks in circles. He obviously has NO idea what he is even talking about. $4000 bike that I've rode twice and the second time was because I got a push start. I highly do NOT recommend Plaza Cycle for ANY bike purchases or services as here I am now stuck with a non operating bike and nobody to help. They don't care about you or your bike, just your money. DO NOT GO THERE.
