Worst Experience of My Life! The girl who checks the insurance wanted ME to do HER job. She somehow couldn't get my insurance info FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY! They were more than happy to tell me I couldn't use my groupons for vein removal untill I get surgery with Dr. Chang for $4,200.00 no less. Left countless messages for someone to call be back and when someone would I all I would get was lame excuses on how they cannot find out my insurance benefits. Totally dropped the ball. All they want is rich people that will drop a ton of cash on the spot. They could careless about the patients who are not rich. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY!!!!!
