I purchased a Groupon for a furnace tuneup and the person who answered the phone was so rude. She asked for my address and I told her I live in holly. She said that they don't go to holly and I was outside their service area. I stated that the Groupon said they service Oakland County and Holly is in Oakland County. She reluctantly took my information, set an appointment for the next day between 9am and 1pm. She said they would call a half hour ahead. I waited the whole time and no one ever called (even after the missed appointment) or showed up to do the work. I had also mentioned to them that I also had an additional expired Groupon and they said that I couldn't use that one at all... even the amount paid for it (which is against the terms and conditions of Groupon). I do NOT recommend this company. However,, I DO recommend Groupon. Their customer service was great and they refunded the money I spent on this company.
