I had never Heard of foundation repair or had any problems with my home...until one summer I started to notice cracks in my wall and doors sticking!! So I started on the web looking for companies and doing research. I came across alot of different companies all promising different things. So after I narrowed down the search to 3 companies and called them out to do an inspection Power Jack REALLY left me with a great impression. The inspector was very patient and she answerd all questions I had. Now I know she must have had other customers to see that day, but you wouldnt have known by the way she was walking me through every step of the foundation repair process. One of the other companies I called out, Their inspector was rushing to get the inspection over with and when I asked more than 2 questions at once they seemed incredibly annoyed! I had so much confidence in Power Jack after experiencing other companies, I called them back and scheduled the repairs right away. Another Reason I decided with Power Jack was the Lifetime transferable warranty, If any problems accur with the piers later I can just give them a ring and out they will come at no extra charge and let me know whats going on. I know this to be true because I recently had to call them out. They scheduled me right away and I had the service crew adjust my piers and now my house is back to normal (thankgoodness!). I am very pleased with my decession to go with Power Jack.
