I left a message and was called back within a few hours. If I had been available, they would have come out that same afternoon. We scheduled for the next day. Brent and Teri were on time, explained what they would be doing, gave a detailed price and went to work immediately. They were a pleasure to have in my home and the carpet looked beautiful afterward.
I will call Master's Touch every time!
