Very satisfied with carpet care from Master's Touch! 2/28/2014

I left a message and was called back within a few hours. If I had been available, they would have come out that same afternoon. We scheduled for the next day. Brent and Teri were on time, explained what they would be doing, gave a detailed price and went to work immediately. They were a pleasure to have in my home and the carpet looked beautiful afterward. I will call Master's Touch every time! more

the Masters Touch team was very professional. They called the day before service as a reminder. They were careful to protect any furniture from their equipment. Socks were left to by worn until the carpet was fully dried. They were quick and efficient and were done and off the premises in less time than I expected. I will definitely use them again and refer the Masters Touch any time I have the opportunity. more

Professional excellent work 5/27/2013

Very professional, timely, and miracle workers. Master's Touch lived up to their name. They took our upholstered furniture and old carpet and made them look like new. We have had our carpets cleaned by several others and none could come close to Master's Touch. We HIGHLY recommend them. more

We have tried a couple of other carpet care companies that offered a special rate. It is not worth it if you are not happy with the results. Great service; Friendly, SATISFIED 9/24/2012

I have been using Master's Touch services for over ten years and I can only describe Brent and Teri and Master's Touch one way: GREAT. From the time we scheduled our appt. (they were right on time) to the time they packed up their equipment it was more than satisfactory. They are friendly, knowledgeable (about stains and carpets, etc) and most importantly they made my carpet look great! I also appreciate how they treated my home using corner-guards for the corners and most importantly safe cleaning products. (I have three children under the age of 4.) Lastly, they truly care about us (the customer). Brent took the time to explain some things, give me some tips to keep the carpet cleaner longer and generally was nice to be around. When they left not only were our carpets clean but our house was blessed! Thanks you two for taking care of us all these years. more
