I was very happy to hire Gene Johnson Plumbing. We had a plumbing issue in our home that we discovered was going to cost much more than we initially thought and Gene Johnson offered to match the lowest quote that we received. I thought that was very nice and accommodating of them. I liked the mode of operation that they took and I thought their approach to customer service was very professional.
They replaced a main sewage and storm drain in our alley way. It was quite a big job, considering that they had to rip out our entire 30 feet of storm drainage piping to replace it. Our site worker, Carlos, was very professional. He was always on time and answered all of my questions adequately. I would recommend them highly.
