Great job! Adam quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. I had contacted another company (just in case I couldn't get someone on the day I called) and they want twice the price for a diagnosis. With Gene Johnson, I guess because no parts were needed, the charge was only for the diagnostic fee ($95) plus tax. I was pleased and will be a repeat customer. more

Great service! 12/26/2017

Rodick P did an excellent job unclogging my sewer line on Christmas Eve. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving letting me know when to expect him, he was professional and polite even on a difficult busy day. He was very positive and worked efficiently. I would call him any time to take care of any plumbing problems. The only hesitation is the pricing of the service. I knew there was an added fee ($150+ 10%) because it was on a weekend which I accept. But the cost of the actual service was $150 more than I have paid another plumber in the past for the exact same service. Gene Johnson's prices are high, which I had read about. But I also appreciate them being available on a holiday weekend and providing good service ... most other providers were not. more

First time I've called on Gene Johnson for plumbing needs and they are the best! Quick response, very helpful staff and well done work. Small but complicated job and Edwin was patient and made sure it was done right as inexpensively as possible. I'll be using them again! more

Natural gas instalation 9/6/2017

Rodrick was great. He is exceptionally thorough, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. The job included plumbing for an outside fire pit and BBQ. He did the complete job in a very professional manner and it came out perfectly. Would defiantly recommend him. more

Speedy and helpful service! 7/3/2017

This was my first time using Gene Johnson Plumbing. I found recommendations for them on NextDoor when I was dealing with a problem with my kitchen faucet and my usual plumber was unavailable. On the day they were scheduled to start, I got a call in the morning asking if they could send someone in 30 minutes, instead of me having to wait around for hours. Their service person showed up right away, listened to the problem, fixed it very quickly and when I had questions, he answered them clearly. He was honest in letting me know that he felt I didn't need to replace my fixture, that it was in good condition and just needed a minor repair. I really appreciated that. In the end, I only needed to pay the cost of their service call, which was very reasonable. I will definitely call on them again! more

Good plumber and patient well explained work 5/22/2017

I left a reviewed on FB too and here because I was pleased and happy to share my opinion. The work was thorough and the service man was very patient and cleaned up afterward. I feel good about the security of the work! With gas plumbing or any plumbing one wants to know its good security. It was not inexpensive but cheaper than some others! I am happy and feel good to have done business with this nice plumber Roderick P! more
