My family used this florist to send flowers to our Grandma's funeral. The bouquet looked nothing like the flowers that were ordered. It was a much, much smaller bouquet and the lilies that were in the arrangement were closed, so the bouquet wasn't very pretty. The bouquet looked like one you would purchase at a grocery store. When I contacted the manager of the store, she was very rude and did not believe me. She actually wanted to see a picture of the bouquet! Incredibly inappropriate! Who would take a picture during a funeral service? My family and I will never do business with this Florist again. I have also let my friends know about the service we received. Try another florist. This place should be ashamed of themselves.
