The health care at this office seems decent, but if you ever have a billing issue the staff are completely uncooperative - no matter how easy the issue is to resolve. If you do choose to go to this office do not start the visit or accept any services without asking for the exact billing coding they will use and calling your insurance to make sure it is compatible. Especially routine lab work. Otherwise you will receive a bill for something that your insurance does cover or apply to your deductible, but that they reject due to unusual coding. $300 is no small amount when it's something that your insurance will pay or negotiate with the right coding.
