After years of having doctors who did not pay attention to my concerns and issues, I had the pleasure of discovering Dr. Harmeet Singh of Cary Medical Group. She paid attention to what I had to say and immediately ordered a battery of tests. As results came back, she was quick to refer me to the relevant specialists who could then address the issues that were revealed in the tests. My experience with Dr. Singh was absolutely stellar and I was very impressed with her patience with me, and her highly professional and systematic approach to her work. She has earned much gratitude for paying attention to my concerns where others did not. Thank you Dr. Singh! more

The health care at this office seems decent, but if you ever have a billing issue the staff are completely uncooperative - no matter how easy the issue is to resolve. Notice other reviewers saying the same thing. Please save yourself the stress and pick a different office. If you do choose to go to this office do not start the visit or accept any services without asking for the exact billing coding they will use and calling your insurance to make sure it is compatible. Especially routine lab work. Otherwise you will receive a bill for something that your insurance does cover or apply to your deductible, but that they reject due to unusual coding. $300 is no small amount when it's something that your insurance will pay or negotiate with the right coding. When you find yourself in this situation you will quickly find that all your calls get sent to the black hole that is "Terry in accounting". Be glad you couldn't get in to see them. There billing department failed to send the proper paperwork to my insurance and sent my account to collections before the issue could be fixed. THey will ruin you and they don't care. more

Bad communication 6/1/2009

have tried time and again to set an appointment and all I get is an answering machine and a message a couple of days later......going elsewhere! Cons: will not take calls more

Still un-patient 5/12/2009

The communication with this practice has been stressful and difficult just trying to become a patient. No one ever returns your calls. Initially I was a patient of Cary Medical Group but upon relocation to Raleigh, NC, I requested a referral to a doctor closer to home and work and the referral was giving to go to the Raleigh Medical Group. Since that request, I have been going back and forth between Cary Medical Group and Raleigh Medical Group for almost a year. Raleigh Medical Group claims that the Cary practice has not sent them anything releasing the medical records and of course the Cary practice claims to have done so. In the middle of poor communication is me sick of this mistreatment.\r If you are in need of a primary doctor, I suggest another practice.
