I rented a car at the New Orleans airport from Enterprise for a family reunion in Lake Charles. Our taxi dropped us off at the Enterprise lot and an attendant asked if we needed help. She had me sign for the car in the lot on a hand-held device and I was literally out of the lot in 5 minutes. I've never had such fast and easy service. Other family members who were renting from a competitor had to go into the terminal and wait in line. We left the airport a full 20 minutes before they did. We returned the car in Houston three days later and the drop off was just as easy. Thanks Enterprise. It was a great experience and I will rent from you again the next time I travel.
