I appreciated the two calls notifying us that Joseph would be arriving later than the original 2-hour block selected. Since we were also promised, and received, a call 30 minutes before he arrived, that attention to detail in customer service did not prevent us from attending to other chores so that the delay did not inconvennce us in the least. And when he arrived Joseph was pleasant, professional and all business. He explained things well, including the costs involved in any and all options, and did the work promptly and effectively. How often can that be said when a job initially disappoiints by starting ""late""? Stuff sometimes inevitably happens - and that can spoil your day and leave you sour. But the way this was handled, and completed, left me feeling not only satisfied but confident.
