We attempted to fix the problem ourselves - plunged the toilet, snaked the drain but nothing worked. Called Roto-Rooter before noon and Shawn Prunty was at our home, on a Saturday at 3:30pm. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the problem with our main line. He also gave us recommendations for preventative measures. If we have any other plumbing problems, I'll be sure to call Shawn Prunty at Roto-Rooter.
