Just wanted to pass my thanks and kudos for the quick service I received today, 24 Jan 2014 - an 'ice day' here in San Antonio. The service man that came by (Jonathan A) was absolutely fantastic and eager to help. He did a complete review even though I told him the heating system began to work properly after I made the initial call in to Jon Wayne. The employees, including the folks who answer the telephone when calling in, are all an extension of Jon Wayne and I am very, very impressed by all of the employees. Please pass my kudos to the technician, Jonathan. He did an outstanding job in representing your company and I will recommend anyone needing A/C or heating problems to Jon Wayne. As you can tell, I am very happy with the service I have received today and in the past.
