Maybe I'm just used to faster service, but it explains a lot when the food arrives at the latest part of the delivery window and is cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. I could taste the truffle in the fries, but I think we can all agree that cold fries are not that appetizing. This is the second and probably last time that I will order from here because this is the second time that this has happened.
