Food arrived in a timely fashion even though I forgot to take into account The Cubs playing. When it got here the food was hot and delicious. I got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese although I would have preferred a little more buffalo sauce, it was still delicious! The butterfinger milkshake was also delicious. more

The food is good here, but the delivery on 2/28 was horrible. the food was delivered at 9:15, around 20 min later. The wait time was normal-ish (around an hour) but the fries and burgers came cold and soggy. The fries had a rubber texture. The buns for the burger were soggy but the flavor of the burger was still good. The onion rings had no flavor and were also soggy and cold. I really enjoy the food at Rockit but this time the food was left for way too long before it was delivered. more

Absolutely delicious. Everything I've tried so far has been amazingly tasty. I totally suggest the sweet potato fries as a side substitute, they are incredible. more

Maybe I'm just used to faster service, but it explains a lot when the food arrives at the latest part of the delivery window and is cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. I could taste the truffle in the fries, but I think we can all agree that cold fries are not that appetizing. This is the second and probably last time that I will order from here because this is the second time that this has happened. more
