My 20 month old began biting in the classroom (common behavior in toddlers). He bit several children on a Friday, received no incident reports until Monday morning. Tuesday received an email from the owner suggesting my toddler wear a teething necklace (those are for mom to wear--not the child--strangling issue)! Wednesday was asked to pick him up from daycare because he bit 2 children and would be asked to pick-up every time he bit. I immediately found new care. 2 other Gooddard locations and corporate both agreed this was not handled correctly.\r

They are operating at 1:6 ratio and shuffle kids between classes to make it.
