I'm new to Nashville & needed a root canal. I prepared to call a few endodontic offices to find one that would be best for me. The 1st call I made was to Sheats Endodontic Group. I spoke with Simone & she was efficient, friendly & helpful. I told her I was on a fixed income, did not have insurance, but did have a dental discount plan, so before I made an appointment, I needed to know the total cost so that there would be no surprises or misunderstandings. She gave me the bottom line. I also told her that in order to undergo the procedure (my 7th root canal!), I would be taking a pill which results in twilight sleep. She talked to the dr.& said ok. Simone gave me an appointment at the office location that was convenient for me. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff, as well as Dr. Sheats was friendly, courteous & professional. Rhonda, chair-side assistant, was really nice & very helpful. I would return to Sheats Endodontic as a patient & would highly recommend it to everyone.
