I have had an overall bad experience. I would never ever consider them again. I own a condo they are managing for me. It has been the worst real estate transaction for me. Today I dealt with them with a tenant complaint that the water tank in the toilet should have more water in it. As long as it flushes, who cares? And then, after 1 month the tenants say the shower doesn't work. So my company rep says that it might be a code violation so the company would have to deal with this shower which worked the over 1 year I had lived there. The unit would still have one working shower so that there would be no code violations. 2 bedroom, 2 bath units would have more than one shower. I send this company more money than I get. They must be the only real estate company that doesn't have the tenants pay rent every 30 days. They started charging me $20 for eviction insurance coverage before there was even a signed lease. I wish that I had never contacted them in the first place. Never again ever.
