I have to admit that I was a little nervous when I decided to rent my house again instead of trying to sell it, but Real Property Management made the process very simple and easy. I have had some bad tenants in the past so I didn't want to repeat this!
From the minute I signed up I have been given professional attention in every aspect. The staff assisted my previous tenant with their move out and performed the showings while he was in the process of moving and always gave the tenant a courtesy call to let him know they were coming in that day. This was very important to me because my current tenant has been great.
They found a new tenant within 13 days of my initial meeting and she moved in just a few days after my old tenant moved out. She has now been there for 8 months and there has not been one problem with her paying rent. She has made a few maintenance requests and Real Property Management has handled these requests immediately which is great! I don't have to take the calls anymore! I have to wonder why I didn't just hire a property management company in the past!
