We had a mostly great experience with Box Home Loans when closing on our new construction home. As long as you are responsive to their requests for info, things move along in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and checked in with us regularly. We recommend them and would use them again. We did have an issue where my wife's name was removed from the title at closing even though we had completed paperwork to the contrary. Box tells us that the legal review in our state (TX) may have caused that. We still aren't sure how it happened. So be vigilant about that-- it was too late for us to backtrack by the time we found out. Aside from that, no other complaints.
