I completely agree with Yvonne and Myra. I took clothes to Two Timers for years and it was great when PJ was the owner. Ever since she sold the business it has gone completely downhill! \r My mom passed away and had tons of brand name clothes, a lot of them new with tags. Stuff from Macys, Dillard’s, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek. I took several items in, they told me only 5 items at a time. I managed to talk one of the former employees into 12. I had several hundred pieces of clothing to sell. And they were not the least bit interested in helping me out. They lost all of my items, had no record of them. The man that works there, I’m assuming the husband of Victoria said to me, ""Well, they are out on the floor somewhere"". They blamed it on a computer problem. They couldn’t find my paperwork, you have to write down every single item you take in, so be sure to keep a copy for yourself!! When I finally did speak to Victoria on the phone, she says “What’s the problem!?” in a very nasty tone. I explained my situation and she said a few had sold and then told me the rest of my items had been donated when I had clearly marked the form that I wanted them back. I will not do business with them again.\r The store is a mess and there are always small children running around, they apparently take their kids to work with them. No way to run a business if you ask me.\r I found a place in Denver, called Athenas Closet, its a plus size consignment store. A bit of a drive, but worth it. My first trip I dropped off around 90 items and withn a month or so I had a check for $324.00 in my hand. Rosanna the owner is nice, honest and keeps very good records. more
