Wow!...That about says it all. Fromt he time I stepped on the lot I felt Fred and the other folks at Infiniti of Kirkland were working for me as opposed to trying to sell me a car. There was absolutley no pressure and an incredible degree of friendliness, honesty and helpfulness.
