As I learn more, I can't resist myself to put tip here for everybody's good. I hired Colette Fitzgerald and it was straight bad experience. I recommend don't hire her. They look good when they start but eventually you will not be getting an advocate. There are better agents out there. Take your time to find one before you sign yourself in and don't make same mistake I did.
