Kathy Jacobs at Realty Austin was our Realtor for the home that my wife and I owned in Buda. We had our property listed originally with a different Realtor at one of their competitors for over 80 days with very little interest or communication during the whole period and it was very frustrating and disappointing. After switching over to Realty Austin, we had a completely different opinion on the home selling process. Kathy and Winona both had excellent communication skills and they have the whole sales process down to a science. The entire process with them was smooth as silk and completely trouble free. After only being on the market for 21 days, she found us a buyer! Their online tools and listing information is second to none, and it was great to be able to call them up number and actually be able to speak with your Realtor without getting any kind of run around or delays. I seriously cannot recommend the Realty Austin group enough, they were completely fantastic the entire time. Early this year I contacted Rene Ruiz to discuss the sale of my home in San Marcos and the purchase of a new home in Kyle. Rene was very willing to work around my schedule and meet with me when it was convenient. He advised me on what I needed to do to get my home ready to sell. After a couple of months, the house went on the market. I have to mention here that while Rene was out of the country, on vacation, only a week after my house went on the market, I got a contract for the sale of my home. I was very impressed and pleased that Rene continued to communicate with me even while he was on vacation!
